After piloting online reservations in the Atlanta, Charlotte and Houston markets, The Home Depot has made the system available to rental customers across North America.
The Home Depot also has opened eight new Rental Centers since January, further expanding its leadership as the largest equipment rental network in the U.S. The new locations include:
Pasadena and Manteca, Calif.; Calhoun, Ga.; Maui, Hawaii; Alamo Heights, Midland and Rockwall, Texas; and Hampton, Va.
In March, The Home Depot Rental opened rental operations facilities (ROF) in Houston and Nashville.
The ROFs are focused on efficiently dispatching larger-class equipment to job sites from a centralized location and have grown in importance as the needs its pro customers have grown, The Home Depot Rental said.
