Who are some of the leading industry players that are great employers for new college graduates?

Forbes teamed up with market research company Statista to identify the companies most liked by new workforce entrants in its annual ranking.

The list was compiled by surveying 20,000 Americans with less than 10 years of professional experience working for businesses with at least 1,000 employees.

Among the industry leaders who made this year’s list are Ikea (136), The Home Depot (165), ABC Supply (212), Tractor Supply (227), and Fleet Farm (230).

“Recent graduates bring so much heart, passion and talent to our ABC Supply family, and we’re glad to know that they feel supported and engaged at our company,” said Mike Jost, chief operating officer at ABC Supply. “We’re proud to be recognized by Forbes as a best employer for new grads.”

“Tractor Supply strives to be a place where all Team Members feel welcomed, can contribute and find success,” said Melissa Kersey, Tractor Supply’s Executive Vice President, Chief Human Resources Officer. “We know that our young professionals, especially, seek ample training, social connection and meaningful work that allows them to grow and develop both personally and professionally. We are thrilled to be recognized by Forbes for the second year in a row for our efforts to make Tractor Supply a great place for new graduates to work.”
