PRO Group promotes GMC

The Group Merchandising Conference slated for June 16-18 in Atlanta will bring manufacturers and PRO Group-affiliated distributors together for business, according to event organizers.

During the event, vendors will have the opportunity to demonstrate products to distributor buyers at the GMC in suites with private, prearranged meeting times.

PRO Group Director of Merchandising Brendan Sullivan described the event’s format as time-tested.

"The one-on-one meetings provide an opportunity for manufacturers to meet with buyers from PRO-affiliated distributors, discuss special purchasing opportunities, demonstrate products and elaborate on programs," Sullivan said. "The business development opportunities at this event have proven effective over time and helped establish the GMC's reputation as a launch pad for new suppliers. Add the downtown Atlanta energy and social networking platforms facilitated by the GMC and you will find one of the industry's most productive events."

The GMC event will take place at the Embassy Suites Atlanta at Centennial Olympic Park.
