Hector's Hardware closes a Buffalo-area location

An article on BuffaloNews.com reported that Hector's Hardware closed one of its stores in Amherst, N.Y. The company continues to operate nine other stores.

Employees of the store that closed on Niagara Falls Boulevard, and also the closed store's accounts, will relocate to another Amherst store, also on Niagara Falls Boulevard. 

Hector's Hardware, which carries the slogan "One heck of a hardware store," has been in business since 1954.
