In Florida, a True Value expands

Sam and Hitesh Patel are brothers-in-law on a mission: to own and operate 10 or more True Value locations.

They opened their third location last month in Palm Bay, Florida. Together with their business partners, the Patel’s celebrated the grand opening of an 8,000 sq.-ft. store.



In 2012, Sam joined the True Value co-op to open his first store, a 4,500-square-foot True Value of Port St. John, in Port St. John, Florida. In the fall of 2013, he partnered with his brother-in-law Hitesh to open True Value Hardware—a 6,000-square-foot location in Edgewater, Florida.
