Hardie inks deal with Daiwa House USA

Stanley Martin, CastleRock and Trumark will use Hardie siding through 2027.

James Hardie Building Products Inc. has signed a multi-year exclusive agreement with three subsidiaries of Daiwa House USA Holdings Inc. (Daiwa House USA): Stanley Martin Homes, CastleRock Communities, and Trumark Homes. Under the agreement, James Hardie will provide its siding and trim products for new housing developments across their combined national footprint.  

Hardie says the agreement will see its siding and trim products become the standard in select new homes built by Stanley Martin, CastleRock, and Trumark across the United States through the end of 2027.
