GAF partners with ServiceTitan

Deal marks GAF’s first time to endorse a CRM provider.

The software platform ServiceTitan has been selected as the preferred customer relationship management (CRM) solution for exterior contractors by GAF, a Standard Industries company and North America’s largest roofing and waterproofing manufacturer.

GAF sees a partnership as a means to roofing efficiency.

According to the announcement of the deal, the partnership gives exterior contractors access to powerful tools designed to accelerate revenue growth and optimize their workflows.

As part of the integration, GAF QuickMeasure reports are now available within ServiceTitan, enabling contractors to generate more accurate roof measurements and estimates.

This partnership marks the first time GAF has officially endorsed a CRM provider, reinforcing its commitment to helping contractors streamline their business operations and drive profitability. Contractors are able to order and receive single-family roof measurements in under an hour, eliminating errors associated with manual data entry by utilizing auto-populated measurement forms. This ensures greater accuracy and efficiency in the estimating process, ultimately increasing close rates by enabling contractors to deliver fast and precise estimates to their customers.
