The Dynapro 2D’s integrated rack and pinion system results in a smooth performance and full extension capability. Slides can move harmoniously with improved glide action and reduced noise, preventing binding when the drawer closes. The system has an impressive load capacity of up to 100 lbs, and can fit drawer applications up to 48" wide. This can be accomplished without the need for additional synchronization hardware.
Abrasion-resistant nylon rollers ensure smooth, even operation by keeping the drawer face level and supporting the drawer box when it is extended. The system provides a gentle, controlled closing action, even under heavy loads or when closed forcefully, due to its German-made soft-close damper. The system can even be combined with Grass' mechanical push-to-open Tipmatic soft-close system or Sensomatic electronic opening system to achieve enhanced functionality and comfort.
