Orgill rolls out its biggest show ever

Orlando, Florida -- With five Category Product Showcase areas, fully stocked model stores and a show floor in excess 1,000,000 sq. ft., Memphis, Tennessee-based Orgill says it is rolling out its largest market ever.


“Our marketing and merchandising staffs have worked diligently to make sure this space is filled with industry-leading products, displays and special pricing,” said Ron Beal, the distributor’s president and CEO, in a letter to attendees.


The Category Product Showcase areas – points of special emphasis on the market floor – include outdoor living, hardware & building materials, rental, MRO and impulse items.


Featured retail programs on display include “Hdwe. 101,” a new service that identifies essential hardware items; “Market Specific Pricing,” designed to build margin and pricing image; and Dollar Central for impulse item growth.


A series of educational seminars includes “Maintaining and Accelerating Your Revenue Growth” and “Succession Planning for Business Owners.”


A long list of first-time exhibitors includes Big Dog Treestands for the hunting crowd; glove maker Carolina Glove Company; and Great Northern Equipment and its lineup of log splitters, pressure washers and stump grinders.


The Orgill market runs through Saturday.
