CertainTeed expands modular offerings
CertainTeed has expanded its serviceable geography for its offsite construction solution, ONE PRECISION ASSEMBLIES, into the Southeast region.
Launched in 2023, ONE PRECISION ASSEMBLIES is a panelized construction system that delivers fully assembled wall, floor and roof panels manufactured in a controlled environment. CertainTeed says this offsite approach helps streamline construction timelines, gives builders greater control over costs and schedules and addresses persistent labor and skilled trade shortages.
With this expansion, ONE PRECISION ASSEMBLIES is now available across all states east of the Mississippi River, including the newly added Southeast states of Alabama, South Carolina, Georgia, Florida, Tennessee, Kentucky, and Mississippi. Other coverage areas include Connecticut, Delaware, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, New Hampshire, New Jersey, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Vermont, Virginia, and West Virginia.

CertainTeed says its system ensures items are delivered to the jobsite fully insulated and weathertight, and the panels enable completion of the home’s building envelope in just days, cutting the overall building cycle by 30–50% compared to traditional on-site construction.
