Business Excellence: Yvette Patterson

Yvette Patterson is the vice president HR, east division, at Builders FirstSource, and has just started her 24th year at the company.

Yvette has lead the east through numerous acquisitions, and was a key member of the team supporting HR initiatives including diversity and inclusion as well as creating a people first culture. Passionate about making a positive impact on those she touches, she believes in giving back.

With a combination of education and experience, and a genuine passion, Yvette is well-equipped to tackle challenges, embrace new opportunities, and continue making a difference in the Building industry/HR and beyond.
