Kari Gaviria, president of Madison Wood Preservers, is a skilled and visionary executive with more than a decade of experience in the lumber and building materials industry with the firm. As president, Kari oversees the company’s growth strategy, daily operations and employee development.

Working for the largest lumber treater under one roof, she strives to expand the brand through facility advancements, automation and improvements in customer communication.

Since the start of her career, Kari reports that Madison Wood’s sales volume has more than doubled. “This year, our team has already broken multiple historic company records. That isn’t luck, it takes hard work and good people.”
