Boise Cascade makes leadership moves
Boise Cascade Company announced the promotion of four members of its leadership team.
Troy Little has been promoted to senior vice president, finance and commodity sales, wood products. Little joined the division in 1990 as an internal auditor. He has served in a broad range of financial and operational leadership roles at several of the company’s manufacturing locations.
Little became division controller in 2016, financial manager in 2018, and was promoted to vice president in 2021.
Joanna Barney has been promoted to senior vice president, Building Materials Distribution (BMD) Western Operations. Barney joined the company’s Salt Lake City branch in 2005.
She was promoted to senior location controller in 2012, branch manager in 2015, general manager of Western Operations in 2021, and appointed vice president in 2022.
Jim Wickham has been promoted to senior vice president, Building Materials Distribution (BMD) Eastern Operations. Wickham joined the company in 2008 as the branch manager in Westfield, Massachusetts.
He was selected to lead the BMD Northeast Region in 2016 and was named general manager of Eastern Operations in 2020. Wickham was promoted to vice president in 2022.
Nathan Sikes has been promoted to vice president, sales and marketing, Building Materials Distribution (BMD). Sikes began his career at Boise Cascade in 2006 as a sales trainee. His past positions have included product manager, sales manager, branch manager, and Southwest regional manager. He moved into the division sales and marketing role earlier this year.

Boise Cascade Company is one of the largest producers of engineered wood products and plywood in North America and a distributor of building products.
