Ambassador Supply has named Callie Baser as its new regional human resources manager.
“Callie brings a wealth of experience, having dedicated nearly 10 years to the field, and we look forward to the positive contributions she will undoubtedly make to our organization and our partners,” said Joshua Ratcliff, residential vertical lead at Ambassador Supply.
Baser, who most recently served as human resources manager at Standale Lumber and Supply, an Ambassador Supply partner organization, has nearly a decade of experience cultivating and managing collaborative teams.
“I’m excited to join Ambassador Supply,” said Baser. “It’s an honor to be part of an organization with such a strong legacy of investing in economic, cultural, and eternal returns. I’m eager to contribute to this legacy and help foster an environment that promotes growth, inclusivity, and continuous improvement.”
In her new role as regional human resources manager, Baser will help Ambassador Supply continue to recruit and develop team members across all affiliate companies.
“We’re confident that Callie’s leadership and dedication to fostering a supportive and inclusive workplace align perfectly with our values,” said Ratcliff.
After earning her degree from Davenport University, Baser served as human resources generalist at Sun Title and Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling before accepting a position at Master Finish Company.
As Ambassador Supply continues to experience what it called, “steady growth in the residential and commercial construction market,” the company said it is looking to hire driven professionals who thrive in thinking outside the box and who have a strong understanding of the industry.
In the past year alone, the firm has experienced additional acquisitions, organic growth and team solidification.
“At Ambassador Supply, we’re committed to creating a lasting, positive impact on the people and communities we serve,” said Ratcliff.
Fort Wayne, Indiana-based Ambassador Supply is an investment and management company in the residential and commercial construction industry.
